By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree to FMD Training’s policy on booking a lesson, cancelling, rescheduling requests and no shows. In order to get on my schedule a non-refundable booking fee of $50 will be required up front by etransfer, this will confirm your spot(s). This fee will carry forward to your last lesson and be deducted from that lesson if no cancellations/rescheduling or no shows have occurred. If, however, you have asked to reschedule or to cancel the lesson you will be required to pay the booking fee again to hold the new spot as the first fee will be applied to the spot you gave up. Additionally, if you fail to complete the lessons as planned, the booking fee will not be returned.
